Health One Group Ltd is a nurse-led, RQIA-registered health and social care staffing agency based in Northern Ireland, supplying registered nurses, health care assistants, support workers, and other staff to care homes, hostels, and supported living services.

04Our services

We provide staffing solutions including care home staffing, support workers for hostels and supported living facilities, specialist one-to-one care support, permanent staffing, and domiciliary care services. The specific terms of any staffing engagement, including rates, notice periods, and responsibilities, will be set out in a separate service agreement between Health One Group Ltd and the relevant client organisation or staff member.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services. All bookings and placements are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

05Staff & client organisations

Staff engaged through Health One Group Ltd are required to meet our recruitment, vetting, and training standards, including right-to-work checks, DBS/Access NI checks, and, where applicable, current professional registration such as an NMC PIN.

Client organisations engaging our services agree to provide a safe working environment for placed staff, to treat staff with dignity and respect, and to comply with all relevant health and social care regulations, including those set by RQIA.

06Applications & enquiries

When you submit a job application, quote request, or enquiry through this website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to decline any application or enquiry at our discretion.

Submitting an application does not guarantee an offer of work or placement. All appointments are subject to satisfactory completion of our recruitment and vetting process.
